JA Maintenance Co. is responsible for the upkeep of our buildings, handling tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, and trash and recycling services. Our staff efficiently schedules and adheres to all building inspections, including fire inspections, 5-year building cycle inspections, and boiler inspections. Collaborating with reliable contractors, we ensure that projects are executed accurately and within established timelines. Additionally, we conduct bi-monthly inspections of common areas across the properties under our management.
